Member of the Management Board of Rafineria Gdańska since January 2026.
Graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków (MSc in Electronics and Telecommunications). He has completed numerous postgraduate programs, including an Executive MBA at the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development, the Energetics Academy at the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as postgraduate studies in project management and managerial competences.
He has over 15 years of professional experience, including 13 years in the crude oil and fuels sector. He has worked in both Polish and international companies, gaining engineering and managerial experience in logistics, infrastructure, and investment project execution. He began his career as an engineer and project manager at BAMET (2008–2012), and later worked as an engineer at the Norwegian company FMC Technologies (2012–2016), specializing in subsea technologies for the upstream oil & gas sector.
He has been with ORLEN Group since 2016 – first as Project Manager, then as Director of the Logistics Development Office (2018–2025), and since 2025 as Director of the Logistics Infrastructure Office. He was responsible for managing 16 fuel terminals (rail, road, pipeline, marine, hydrogen, and petrochemical), 11 long-distance pipeline networks, and a team of over 450 employees. He oversaw investment implementation (CAPEX), infrastructure maintenance (OPEX), as well as M&A processes in the logistics area – including due diligence, valuations, business case preparation, negotiations, and SPA agreements. Since 2025, he has served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of IKS Solino S.A., and since 2022, as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Naftoport sp. z o.o.
He is fluent in English.
