Vice President of the Management Board and CFO at Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o. o. since August 2025.
He holds an MBA (2020) and a Bachelor of Science in Finance (2012) from the King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals in Saudi Arabia. He also serves as an instructor at the Aramco Business School, delivering M&A courses designed for new hires.
He has been professionally associated with Saudi Aramco for over 13 years. He began his career in 2013 in the Planning & Performance division before he joined Capital Portfolio Planning division, where he worked on economic modeling, refinery and capital project profitability analysis, margin evaluation, and demand-supply assessments for refined products.
Between 2017 and 2022, he served in Modeling & Valuation team before he was appointed to lead the team, where he oversaw over 30 major corporate transactions including JVs, M&A, IPOs, and divestments. He managed financial analysis for high-profile global projects such as LNG terminals, lubricant facilities, and industrial infrastructure.
He later led the reporting of financials for Downstream Transformation Program (2022–2023), the company’s cash forecasting and liquidity planning (2023–2024), and most recently the crude oil short-term forecasting division (2024–2025), responsible for strategic supply/demand outlooks, market analysis, and scenario planning.
He is fluent in English and Arabic.
