Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o. o. holds a license for the storage of liquid fuels No. MPC/17251/15124/W/DPC/2021/MJ, as amended, issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office for the period from November 2, 2021 to November 2, 2031. The company has legal and organizational means as well as installations enabling the provision of storage or reloading services for liquid fuels to third parties, to the extent depending on the current availability of logistics assets.
Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Gdańsk, fulfilling the obligation referred to in art. 4ba sec. 3 of the Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended), informs that in the last 12 months it provided storage, handling, transmission or distribution services of liquid fuels to enterprises energy companies involved in the production, trade, including foreign trade in liquid fuels, importers or final recipients of liquid fuels indicated in the list below.
