Cezary Godziuk 
Member of the Management Board

Cezary Godziuk has been a member of the Management Board of Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o.o. (earlier LOTOS Asfalt Sp. z o.o.) since December 29th 2017. He served as President of the Management Board of the company until November 3rd 2021, and since November 4th 2021 he has been a member of the Management Board in charge of the areas of departments headed by Director of Supply Chain Management, Director of Projects and Development, and Director of Process Safety, OHS and Environment.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry of the University of Gdańsk (1989). In 2016, he received a PhD in Economics from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Gdańsk.

From 1989 to 2001 Cezary Godziuk worked for Zakłady Graficzne Atext S.A. of Gdańsk, including as President of the Management Board. In 2003–2009 he served on the Supervisory Board of Międzynarodowe Targi Gdańskie S.A. Between 2003 and 2016, he worked for Aplitt S.A. (IT sector), including as member of the Management Board, responsible for development. In 2012–2016 he was a member of the Management Board of ASK Invest S.a.r.l. (a securitization company), in 2016 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., and in 2016–2017 a member of the Management Board for finance and investment of Totalizator Sportowy.

He was awarded the Officer’s Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta, the badge for Distinguished Culture Service and the Cross of Freedom and Solidarity.
